Tommy Gunn, AKA "The Hunter," is a private investigator that specializes in hunting serial killers. He is hunting a sadistic serial killer that the media calls The Surgeon. The Surgeon has a sadistic side. He likes to skin his victims while they are still alive. Will Tommy be able to stop the Surgeon? How many victims will the Surgeon leave in his path before he is caught.? Will he be caught? Has Tommy met his match? While Tommy is hunting for the Surgeon someone is hunting Tommy.
