Why is this book so expensive on Amazon?

This book has less then 400 pages, so I'm not understanding why you as asking $9.99 to purchase it? I was going to buy it until I saw the price. I refuse to use these apps that want to charge per chapter. While that book sounds interesting, Is it really worth this price?
