As a leader in order to ensure that you are aligned with all of this there is nothing more effective that ensuring that you have one to one meetings in place. Apart from discussing on-going objectives these are the meetings that allow you to build trust and confidence with your employees. If you want your employees to engage with both you and the organisation, this is definitely the way to go.
