Blood Shades

I was a shifter, a homeless shifter. I was abandoned by my parents when I was just born, and all I had was a silver necklace. I did not know my identity and lived all alone these years. Till my eighteen years old, I received a letter from the Shifter Council, which told me to go to their place and draw blood. Then my blood sample would tell me my identity, and who my mate was... I was uninterested in knowing my mate, cause I only needed freedom, not mate. Every she-wolf gathered there praying that their mate could be the strong Alpha, while I wanted to escape from that place... Little did I know my mate is going to be the Alpha of the strongest pack!
