Because the good ones are all around us. We fill our pages, real or digital, with the goings-on of the rich and famous. I’ve never understood that. I’ve never known if we’re meant to find meaning in all the partying, infidelity, and diva-like behaviour. There’s nothing particularly interesting to me in that, yet we’re drawn like moths to a flame. I’ll confess guilt for writing those kinds of stories myself, at my previous publication. Yet all the while, in our midst, are stories of wonder. Of kindness and courage. Vulnerability and hope. True stories about true love."
