The Other Side of Reality: Volume I

The Other Side of Reality is a science fiction series based on the hypothesis that there are two sides to reality, and sometimes, we unknowingly stumble onto that other side. In a handful of short stories, that premise in on display, as the main characters express a desire, passion, attitude or even a wish for something that they believe will make them happy. The ultimate moral of each story is to be very careful what you ask for, because you just might get it.

One man was a king, who learned that riches can't buy happiness. The other man was a common man, an under-achiever, who learned that even treasure gets buried for a reason. Both men set out to gain something valuable, but at the end of the day, both men lost more than they obtained, which just goes to show that when looking for treasure, be very careful of what you find, because all that glitters is not gold, and all the gold in the world, can’t help you escape from the darkness that exists on the other side of reality.
